Bergmen Consulting is looking for a senior consultant to manage payment solution integration projects at leading airlines. S/he will work closely with airlines' IT and business organizations, as well as 3rd-party vendors to deliver projects.

Responsibilities
  • Learn about customers' business, vision and challenges.
  • Lead the delivery of complex IT projects for airline customers.
  • Identify and manage risks constantly.
  • Proactively propose solutions to risks and issues.
  • Help business analysts and QA leads with documentation.
  • Ensure completeness and quality of deliverables.
  • Track budget.
  • Participate in refining the company's delivery framework.
  • Build and maintain project collaboration spaces.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years in IT as a project manager in the airline industry.
  • Payment solution activation/intergration experience is a big plus.
  • Strong risk manager.
  • Not afraid to get hands-on to keep project on track.
  • Proactively proposes solutions to roadblocks.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Very positive. Strong people skills.
  • Enjoy inspiring others.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Master’s degree in IT preferred.
Other Info
  • Working remotely is usually OK.
  • May require up to 80% traveling on certain engagements.
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the UK.
