As a Business Analyst at Bergmen Consulting we will work with senior management at leading airlines to learn about their business and vision. We will join project teams and work side by side with IT leaders at Bergmen Consulting to capture and articulate complex business problems, needs and constraints.

Responsibilities
  • Constantly learn about customers' business and long-term goals.
  • Capture customers' vision and long-term goals.
  • Translate needs into solution requirements.
  • Document and methodically organize detailed requirements.
  • Work side by side with project managers and QA leads to ensure completeness and quality of deliverables.
  • Contribute in developing a solid system to capture and trace requirements.
  • Mentor junior business analysts.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years in IT as a business analyst, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complexity.
  • Ability to provide smart solutions to complex issues.
  • Ability to learn new systems fast.
  • Strong attention to details. Think about this unthinkable.
  • Strong writing and oral skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Enjoy inspiring others.
  • BA in computer science.
